Our Story
A Strong Foundation
I came from Venezuela with a strong technical foundation and five years of hands-on experience in architecture and construction, where design is inseparable from how projects are actually built. Early in my career, I worked closely with engineers and design teams, learning to resolve real constraints related to structure, systems, and constructability, not just conceptual ideas.
Before completing my architecture degree with honors, I trained in Civil Engineering Drafting and Design. That combination shaped my mindset: I focus on what prevents delays, avoids rework, and supports a smoother build, permits, coordination, and decisions that contractors can execute clearly.
Experience That Shaped My Approach
Over more than eight years in the architecture and construction industry, I’ve worked across residential, commercial, and institutional projects. My early experience in Venezuela included design coordination, plan reviews, permit compliance, code analysis, and on-site inspections, allowing me to see firsthand how small decisions can lead to major construction issues.
For the past four years in Miami, I’ve worked within a General Contractor environment, where design meets real budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and pricing. That experience sharpened my ability to anticipate problems early and keep renovations aligned with construction reality.
